What is the difference between Condo insurance and house insurance?

 

 

House insurance covers the building and any damage to it. Condo insurance covers the fixtures & fittings and contents only, damage caused to your neighbours and damage caused by your neighbours to your condo.

Condo insurance is cheaper.
